What is a Friends and Family Listing Service?

A friends and family listing service is one where a Realtor provides their best service but at a lower cost then what they normally charge. In 2021, we've already saved our friends over $100,000 in commissions!

For friends or family we charge a $9,900 flat fee for the listing service! We do everything the expensive percentage-based listing services offer (MLS, professional photographer, Matterport virtual tour, transaction management, negotiations).

Our business model is such that we have low overhead which enables us to offer a $9,900 full service and pass the savings onto you. We also don't have to split the commission you pay for the listing service with people (and corporations) that aren't helping sell your home.

*The $9,900 flat fee is for the Listing Service only. You would also need to pay the buyers brokerage a commission (typically 2.25% - 3%).

When we needed to sell our home we were met with a challenge. The house next door sold for a low price and no other similar properties were sold in Cayucos this past year. The appraised value of our house seemed really low compared to what we thought current value was.

Keith's strategy was to market the home as coming soon and do a price increase before we went on the market to create lots of demand which worked great! The photos, aerial shots, and the virtual tour were outstanding and helped with us getting two offers from buyers before they even toured in person!
