Months of Inventory as of Feb 28, 2025

Months of Inventory dropped in February (compared to February 2024) in SLO.  It’s down to 2 months of inventory which is historically, pretty low.   Inventory grew slightly in Arroyo Grande to 2.6 months and Paso Robles too a 48% jump to 3.7 months.

Months of inventory is calculated taking the amount of active listings and the number of pending sales.  Less than 3 months of inventory is considered a Sellers market where greater than 3 months is a Buyers market.
